Cancellation & Returns

We strive to provide the best shopping experience for
our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
can return or replace the item(s) under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
– Time Frame: Returns or
replacements must be requested within 5-8 days of the delivery date.
– Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and
packaging intact.
– Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and
replacements.

Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable items

The following items are not eligible
for returns or replacements:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
– Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
– Customized or personalized products
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
– Gift cards

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours of approval.

Replacement Process

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description and photo of the damage or defect.
Replacement: Once the defect or damage is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, you will be offered a similar item or a full refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

Wrong Item Sent: If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at – contact@clickmartindia.com

International Returns

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this return and replacement policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
